Get a Google review every time you close a job in Jobber
When you mark a job closed in Jobber, TapReview sends that customer a friendly WhatsApp message with your Google review link. Fully automatic.
How to connect Jobber
- 1. Generate your TapReview API key
In TapReview, open Settings → Integrations & API and tap “Generate API key”. Copy it — it’s shown once.
- 2. Create a Zap with Jobber as the trigger
In Zapier, start a new Zap, choose Jobber, and pick the “Job Closed” trigger event. Connect your Jobber account when prompted.
- 3. Add TapReview as the action
Add an action step, choose TapReview → “Send Review Request”, and paste your API key to connect. (Until the app is approved, “Webhooks by Zapier” can POST to the TapReview API instead.)
- 4. Map the customer’s name & mobile
Map Jobber’s customer first-name field to “Customer Name” and the mobile number to “Customer Mobile Number”.
- 5. Turn the Zap on
That’s it. Every completed job now fires a WhatsApp review request automatically — no app-switching, no typing.
Jobber’s Zapier connection requires the Jobber Connect plan or above.

Does this work with my Jobber plan?
You’ll need Jobber’s Connect plan (or higher) to use its Zapier connection. If you’re on a lower plan, you can still send review requests manually from TapReview.

The instant you close the job in Jobber. Jobber’s “Job Closed” trigger is real-time, so your customer gets the WhatsApp within moments of you finishing up.
Will it message the right person?
Yes — the Zap pulls the customer’s name and mobile number straight from the Jobber job, so the message is personalised and goes to the right number.
