Step 1: Connect your business

When you first sign up, TapReview asks for your Google Maps link or business name. We use Google Places to find your business and extract your direct Google review link. This is a one-time setup — you never need to do it again.

Step 2: Send us the customer

After finishing a job, open TapReview on your phone or desktop and type the customer's name and UK mobile number. Or, if you use TapReview on WhatsApp, simply forward the customer's contact card.

Step 3: They get a review request
